Braised Pansa Fish Fins

Wash the fins of pangasius, marinate with ginger, cooking wine, salt and light soy sauce for half an hour.

Boil in a frying pan until six mature, pour in corn oil, add pangasius fins and fry until both sides are yellowish.
3.
Add an appropriate amount of garlic flakes.

Add a little soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of boiling water and simmer for 3 minutes on high heat.
