Stir-fried Sabah Fish Fins with Garlic Moss

Clean the pangasius fins and fry them until both sides become yellowish.

Cut the garlic moss and set aside.

Simmer in a frying pan until six mature, pour in corn oil, stir-fry garlic moss over high heat, add fish fins and simmer for a few minutes.

Add a little light soy sauce to adjust the umami taste.

Add a pinch of salt.
