Braised Pansa Fish Fin with Tender Ginger

Cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic for later use.

Wash the pangasius fins and drain them for later use.

Heat the oil in a pan until it is six mature, pour in corn oil, pour in pansa fish fins and fry until yellowish. Be careful that the oil is cheap.
