Braised Pansa Shark Fin

Ingredients: pansa shark fin

Wash the pansa shark fin

Prepare green onion, ginger and garlic

Heat oil, add pansa shark fin and fry

After frying on both sides, add green onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant

Cooking wine and vinegar successively

Add some oyster sauce

Stir fry evenly

Add water to a boil, add salt and sugar to taste

Bake for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat

Tips:
1. After frying and then braising in brown sauce, one is to remove the fishy smell, but to keep the shape neat.
2. It is best to fry in a non-stick pan.
