This was bought in a supermarket. The merchant said it was Longli Shark Fin, but it didn't feel right, because Longli fish should be a pedal fish, and the shape of the two is too different. So Baidu searched it and found that this aquatic product was indeed imported from Vietnam, which is the caudal fin.

Braised Pansa Shark Fin

1. Ingredients: pansa shark fin

2. Wash the pansa shark fin

3. Prepare green onion, ginger and garlic

4. Heat oil, add pansa shark fin and fry

5. After frying on both sides, add green onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant

6. Cooking wine and vinegar successively

7. Add some oyster sauce

8. Stir fry evenly

9. Add water to a boil, add salt and sugar to taste

10. Bake for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat

Tips:
