Braised Pork

After thawing the pork belly, cut into four cubes.

Soak the sliced pork belly in cold water to soak out the blood in the meat.

Prepare green onions, ginger, aniseed, bay leaves, cinnamon

Add cold water to the pot, put the soaked pork belly in cold water into the pot and boil. After boiling the bleeding water, wash off the foam, drain and put it into a bowl.

Put a little oil in the pot, then put the meat pieces into the pot, stir up the oil on a low heat ~ then remove the meat, put rock sugar in the pot, and boil the syrup on low heat.

After melting with rock sugar, put the pork belly in the pot and stir fry again. Add dark soy sauce, green onions, ginger slices

After the pork belly has changed color, pour in boiling water. After the pork belly is over, add bay leaves and cinnamon, cover the pot and simmer for about 1 hour. Turn to low heat after boiling the pot on high heat. In the end, the sauce is collected over the fire~ the savory pork belly will be out of the pot.
Tips:
When stewing meat, if there are friends in the casserole at home, it is best to put it in the casserole and cook, so that the cooked meat will be more delicious.
