Braised Pork Belly with Dried Bamboo Shoots

Wash the dried bamboo shoots and soak in advance.

Press the pressure cooker until fully cooked and set aside.

Pork belly with skin, pot under cold water. Add sliced ginger and pepper. Water switch fire

Tips:
