Braised Pork Belly with Sauerkraut
1.
Use my favorite onion as usual
2.
Cut the sauerkraut into shreds and rinse twice with water. If you don’t like it too sour, you can wash it several times and drain.
3.
Pork belly slices must be pork belly oh so it tastes delicious
4.
Put the onion, ginger and garlic in the fryer and put the pork belly with a small amount of soy sauce and salt for better flavor
5.
Add the drained sauerkraut and stir-fry on a high fire. After the sour taste comes out, you can add water
6.
Add boiling water, aniseed, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, and simmer over high heat, then change to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes
Tips:
The simmering time can be appropriately lengthened and it will be better. If you like to eat coriander, you can add coriander after it is out
