This dish is perfect for the winter in the Northeast. The warmth is mainly because the family likes to eat more people.

2. Cut the sauerkraut into shreds and rinse twice with water. If you don’t like it too sour, you can wash it several times and drain.

Tips:

The simmering time can be appropriately lengthened and it will be better. If you like to eat coriander, you can add coriander after it is out
