Braised Pork Knuckle with Soy Beans
1.
Soak the soybeans in warm water.
2.
Put the pig's feet into the water in the pot, add the cooking wine, and blanch the pig's feet in water.
3.
Slice ginger and slap garlic for use.
4.
Remove the blanched pig's feet and wash them.
5.
Put the cleaned pig's feet in a pressure cooker, add soaked soybeans, add a little dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, ginger slices, garlic, and star anise.
6.
Add water.
7.
Put the lid on the high heat and turn on the air and then turn to low heat, and boil for 15 minutes.
8.
After the air valve dissipates, open the lid and add a little salt to taste. You can also turn on the high heat to collect the soup, but I like this soup for rice or noodles, and you can also add a few eggs.
9.
Finished product.
