Braised Pork Knuckles
1.
Blanch the pig's feet in water, wash off the foam, remove the pot to control the water, and set aside.
2.
Put a little oil in the pot and fry the sugar color (the method of frying sugar color: http://home.meishichina.com/space-54288-do-blog-id-102951.html).
3.
After frying the sugar color, pour in the pig's feet and stir fry (be careful of the oil splashing when pouring the pig's feet).
4.
After stirring, add green onion, ginger, garlic and fry until fragrant, pour in cooking wine and soy sauce, and stir well.
5.
Transfer to the "Aiduobang" inner pot, add appropriate amount of water, pour in all the remaining ingredients, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence, and boil on the fire.
6.
After boiling, cook for another 5 minutes and then transfer to the outer pot, fasten the tab, cover the lid of the outer pot and let it simmer on its own! No need to take care of it, what should I do? (If you don’t have a boil-free pot, use a pressure cooker. Turn the heat to a low heat and press for 15-20 minutes after the heat is exhausted.)
7.
The braised pig's feet are returned to the pot to collect the juice.
8.
The soup is thick and thick, so you don't need to collect it too dry.
Tips:
This first experience of "Aiduobang" made me realize its great advantages:
1. Save energy;
2. Safe to use;
3. Convenient and fast;
4. No loss of nutrition, no loss of deliciousness!
Great little pot! You have to make good use of it in the future!
