What a wonderful thing to have a bowl of warm wontons in cold weather! Warm your heart and stomach! Delicious and nutritious!

Wonton with Pork and Green Onion Stuffing

1. Add appropriate amount of salt to the lean pork filling, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, a little water, sesame oil, chopped scallions, and stir in one direction with chopsticks.

2. Wonton wrapper is filled with fillings, and a thin circle of water is spread around the wonton wrapper, which is easy to stick.

3. As shown in the picture, stagger the folds in half.

4. The bottom two corners are glued together.

5. Wrap everything, cook as much as you eat, put the rest in a fresh-keeping bag, and freeze in the refrigerator.

6. Beat an egg.

7. Spread into egg skins.

8. Shred the egg skins, prepare chopped chives, seaweed, and shrimp skins.

9. Cook wontons.

10. Add shrimp skins, seaweed, salt and chicken essence. Put less salt. The shrimp skins are salty. Add the shredded egg one minute before serving and cook for one minute.

11. Put it in a bowl, add chopped chives, coriander, and pour sesame oil.

12. Finished product.
