Braised Pork Knuckles with Peanuts

Pour one-third of the whole bottle of cooking wine. When the cooking wine is dry, add one-third of the whole bottle of Lee Kum Kee light soy sauce. When it's almost dry, add the water that has been submerged in the pork knuckles, boil it and change to a low heat
