Marinated Pork Leg Bones

Ingredients: pork leg bones (already blanched in water, pot under cold water, add cooking wine, ginger slices, white onion to remove the smell and dirt of pork), white onion, ginger, peppercorns, aniseed, cloves, cinnamon, hawthorn slices crystal sugar.

Put the pork leg bones in a pressure cooker, pour water over the pork leg bones, add ginger and green onions.
