Braised Pork Ribs with Dry Cowpea

1. Take out the moldy parts of dried cowpea.

2. Put the dried cowpea in a basin, add a proper amount of warm water and soak for one hour.

3. Soaked dried cowpea.

4. After cleaning, cut into sections, and cut dried chili into sections.
