Braised Pork Ribs with Dry Cowpea

Take out the moldy parts of dried cowpea.

Put the dried cowpea in a basin, add a proper amount of warm water and soak for one hour.

Soaked dried cowpea.

After cleaning, cut into sections, and cut dried chili into sections.
