Angelica Mutton Soup

Lamb scorpion or lamb chops and leg of lamb can be used for this dish. After the lamb is chopped into large pieces, blanch the meat to remove the blood foam and set aside.

Soak dried cowpeas in boiling water in advance to soften. If you don't have dried cowpea, you can use carrots.

Pour vegetable oil into the bottom of the pot, add ginger, dried red pepper, pepper, aniseed in the cold oil and sauté until fragrant.
