Braised Pork Stew with Pickles
1.
Prepare the ingredients, cut the pork into pieces, and cut off the pickles (do not cut too small)
2.
Put the right amount of oil in the pot, add ginger slices and star anise to explode the aroma, add the cut pork and stir fry until the color changes, add the right amount of dark soy sauce
3.
Stir-fry until the pork is colored, add thick soup and water in turn. Be sure to add enough water at a time, turn to a low heat and simmer for about half an hour.
4.
Pour in the pickles and stir fry until the soup in the pot is almost absorbed (no need to add salt, the ingredients are full of saltiness)
5.
After collecting the juice, add the green onion, stir fry for a while, and serve.
