Stir-fried Pork with Garlic Moss
1.
Fold the garlic moss into small pieces and clean them. Separate the fat and thin pork. Shred the lean meat, mix with cornstarch and half of the light soy sauce in the formula, and set aside. Slice the fat meat, shred the red bell pepper, and mince the ginger.
2.
Heat up the pan without putting any oil, directly add the fat to the fat and stir out the oil with a simmer.
3.
Add half of the minced ginger and stir, then add the lean pork shreds and stir-fry until the color changes, then serve immediately.
4.
In a separate pot, put the oil and all the remaining ground ginger to fry, then pour in the bean paste and fry it
5.
Then pour in the garlic moss and stir fry, pour 20 grams of water along the side of the pan and continue to fry
6.
Stir-fry until broken, add red bell pepper and stir-fry for a while, then pour shredded pork and continue to fry
7.
Pour 20 grams of water along the side of the pot again, add salt one by one, add in all the remaining light soy sauce and stir-fry well
8.
Take out the pan and serve. A plate of fried pork with garlic moss suitable for serving is ready!
Tips:
1 The garlic moss can be folded by hand to pinch off the old ones, and can remove those old skins, which feels better than the cut with a knife.
2 If the flavor is heavy, replace the red bell pepper with millet spicy.
3. Stir out the fat of the fat first to avoid greasiness. Stirring with a slow fire can not only avoid the pan and stir up the fat in the fat.
