Fried Pork with Small Fresh Garlic Sprouts

1. Cut the garlic sprouts into suitable small pieces, about three to four centimeters are recommended, which is easy to clip and taste

2. Find a piece of lean pork, slice it first and then shred it~ Don’t shred it too thin, it will break easily when stir-fried

3. After the iron pan is heated, put in the right amount of cooking oil, and add the shredded pork with the cold oil in the hot pan, so that it will not stick to the pan.

4. Use a spatula to quickly stir-fry, stir-fry the shredded pork until the pork turns white, then add an appropriate amount of soy sauce

5. Stir fry until the meat changes color and you can smell the soy sauce. Pay attention to the low heat so that it won’t stick

6. Use the remaining oil to stir-fry the garlic sprouts until they are mature. Frequent stir-fry can avoid the soy sauce pan

7. Stir the garlic sprouts until they are about five mature. Pour in the fried basically mature shredded pork~ add a little salt and stir fry for about a minute

Tips:

You can put a little cooking wine, soy sauce, and starch before stir-frying the shredded pork, so that the shredded pork will be tender and smooth.
