Braised Pork Trotters

Soak the pork trotters for two hours in advance to remove the salty taste.

Boil water from the pot, put the trotters in, and after the water is boiled, pour the cooking wine.

Remove the cooked pork knuckles, clean them, and put them in the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker.

Add water to the trotters and simmer for half an hour in an electric pressure cooker.
