Seaweed Stewed Pork Trotters

Chop the pork knuckles and soak them in water for 2 hours to soak the salt.

Wash and drain with hot water.

Put in a purple casserole, add enough water, a few slices of ginger, a few peppers, a few drops of vinegar and cooking wine, and boil on high heat.
