Braised Pork Trotters Stewed Kelp

Wash the pork knuckles and chop them into pieces.

Boil the pork trotters in a pot under cold water for 3-5 minutes, remove the foam and rinse.

Wash the seaweed soaked hair, cook for 3-5 minutes, cut into small pieces, and stir-fry for a while in a frying pan.

Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the pepper, ginger slices, and dried chili until fragrant. Add the pig's trotters and fry until the flesh is slightly yellow. Add some cooking wine and stir fry.

Add clean water, and it's ok to have the trotters. Add the bay leaves and select the tendon button.
