Braised Pork Trotters Stewed Kelp

Wash the kelp foam.

Cut into pieces.

Cut the pork trotters into pieces, wash them with hot water, and put them in the pressure cooker. Add kelp, a few slices of ginger, water and pepper.

Cover the pot, cook on high heat until the safety valve rises, and cook for another 20 minutes after the exhaust valve sizzles. Turn off the heat. After it cools naturally, open the lid and eat out of the pot.
