Braised Pork with Dried Shredded Radish

Cut the bacon into small pieces and soak in warm water for 10 minutes. Dried radish shreds are soaked in warm water for 5 minutes and then dried.

Mince ginger, mince garlic, chop chives, chopped green onion, and shred red pepper.

Put edible oil in the pot, add bacon after the oil is hot and fry to change its color, then add minced ginger and minced garlic and stir well.

Tips:
The method is not difficult. During the whole process, use high fire to observe the state of shredded radish at any time and stir fry frequently to prevent the bottom from sticking. When pouring in water, it will be poured along the side of the pot to make the taste more even.
