Roasted Pork with Yuba and Stir-fried Mustard

Prepare mustard greens, red peppers, yuba, roast pork, green onions

Cut garlic into puree, green onion, green red pepper, and shred

The yuba is soaked in hot water until it feels soft and ripe. Pick up the dripping water and set aside.

Cook the meat in a microwave oven on medium heat for one minute.

Wash the mustard greens and cut into sections. Add some oil and salt to the boiled water. Add the mustard greens with flying water. Take out the dried water for about two minutes and set aside.

Add salted soy sauce to the scooped yuba to taste

Add oil and stir fragrant ingredients in a hot pot

Pour in yuba, mustard greens and roast pork, stir-fry for a few times, add salt and oyster sauce to taste.
