Braised Pork with Rice White and Braised Pork

Prepare ingredients.

Cut the pork belly and water chestnut into pieces, and cut the scallions into sections.

Add cold water to the pot, put the pork belly on high heat and boil for 3-5 minutes.

Remove, wash and drain.

Put the oil in the pan to heat up, stir-fry the meat until the skin is slightly yellow, add sliced ginger, garlic cloves, green onions, and rice whites and stir fry for a fragrance.
