Braised Potato Wing Root

Wash the wing roots and cut into small cuts with a knife. Put in a bowl and pour the dark soy sauce with pepper powder, salt, a garlic clove, and a slice of ginger to marinate for a while.

Cut the potato peeling hob into small pieces and wash them.

Pour in oil and heat, add green onion and garlic cloves and fry to taste, add sweet noodle sauce, pour wing roots and stir fry.

After the wing roots are evenly colored, add potatoes and chestnuts and stir fry.

Stir-fry for a while, pour water over the vegetables, bring to a boil on high heat, cover and turn to low heat to simmer.

Simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes, collect the juice, and finally add some salt to the pot according to your own taste.
Tips:
1 There is salt in the sweet noodle sauce and marinated wing roots. When it comes out of the pan, you can decide whether to add salt according to your taste. 2 Don't collect too much juice at the end, save some soup.
