Braised Prawns

Clean the shrimp, use scissors to cut the shrimp back from the beginning to the end, and pick out the shrimp thread.

Cut the green onion, ginger and garlic

Take a small bowl, mix in all seasonings and water, stir well and set aside

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot to heat up, add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fragrant
