Prawn Ball and Radish Soup

1. Ingredients

2. Remove the head, tail, and skin of the green prawn, and cut the back of the prawn to remove the sand line, and set aside

3. Chop the green prawns with a knife back into prawn mince

4. Add egg white, cooking wine, and salt, stir vigorously, and stir clockwise with chopsticks until the shrimp meat is firm

5. Add starch and a little ginger juice, and continue to stir vigorously until uniform

6. Boil water in the pot and turn to low heat. Take an appropriate amount of minced shrimp with your left hand, squeeze it from the tiger’s mouth, and scrape it into the pot with a spoon in your right hand, cook until the shrimp balls change color and float out

7. Remove the shrimp balls and soak them in a bowl of cold water for about 5 minutes to make the shrimp balls firmer

8. Boil water in a pot, add shredded radish, and boil until boiling

9. Add shrimp balls and simmer for about 15 minutes

Tips:

1. The bought fresh shrimp is not easy to shell, it can be taken out in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes, and it is easy to peel.
2. If it is made for babies under three years old, shredded radish must be cut very finely.
