Braised Prawns with Green Peppers and Beans

Ingredients: shrimp, green pepper, bean paste, green onion, ginger.

Pour oil into the pan, add the prawns and stir fry.

When the shrimp body is a little brown, cook the cooking wine to remove the fishy.

Add green onion and ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Add beans and stir fry.

Add fresh water to slightly soak the shrimps.

Add oyster sauce.
8.
Season with salt.

Add green peppers and cook.

Collect the juice out of the pot.

The bean bubble absorbs the umami flavor of the shrimp, and the juice is delicious.
Tips:
Oyster sauce is salty, so pay attention to the amount of salt. I use frozen shrimp, but fresh shrimp can do the same.
