Pesto Golden Fried Rice

Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices (only garlic is used here, general garlic granules can be used)

Ready sakura shrimp

Put the cherry prawns and white sesame seeds into a clean, oil-free wok, and slowly bake for about 2 minutes. After the aroma appears, take it out and set aside

Add an egg yolk to the cold cooked rice

Mix the rice and egg yolks and let stand for about 5 minutes

Add olive oil in the wok, then add garlic slices and fry until slightly golden

Take out 2/3 of the garlic slices and set aside, leave 1/3 in the pot

Then pour the egg yolk rice into the pot and start to stir fry on medium high heat

Add salt + garlic, pepper, salt and granulated sugar to the pot, and continue to stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the rice grains are clearly dry and fragrant, and the grains are dispersed

Pour the fried sakura shrimp + sesame seeds + other garlic slices into the pot together

Then sprinkle in turmeric powder, mix and stir fry for about 2 minutes on high heat

Pour rice wine on the side of the pot before starting the pot, stir and fry for about 10 seconds, then turn off the heat and take it out, complete and eat
