Sakura Shrimp Omelette

Beat the eggs into a bowl, chop some chopped green onion, minced garlic, and rinse the sakura shrimp with water.

Mix the chopped green onion, minced garlic, pepper, salt, cooking wine, oil and egg mixture.
3.
The little pot is hot and drains the oil.
4.
Pour the egg mixture into a pan and fry it over low heat.
5.
Turn the other side of the egg and fry until golden.
6.
Serve out on the plate.

Finished product. It smells so good.
