Ancient Flavor Rice Cake

Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in water for 3 hours, drain the water, and put it in an electric pot steamer covered with a layer of gauze

When steaming glutinous rice, prepare minced pork with shiitake mushrooms

Tips:
For the useful minced pork with shiitake mushrooms, I usually fry them a little more at a time, and then pack them on ice in the freezer. It can be used conveniently and time-savingly on "fried noodles", "fried rice noodles", "rice cakes", "oiled rice", "cabbage rice", "lurou rice"... and other dishes.
