Braised Rice with Potatoes and Bacon

The main materials are ready

Slice the bacon thinly and set aside

Chop garlic into small slices, onion and potato into small slices

After soaking the silk seedlings in clean water for 1 hour, wash them and set aside

Add oil to the pan and fry the garlic diced

Stir-fry the onions over the fire

Stir-fry the sautéed pork belly until oily

Finally, add the potatoes and stir fry until the potatoes are golden in color

Add the amount of water for cooking rice to the washed rice, pour the fried bacon and potatoes into the inner core of the rice cooker, spread them evenly on the rice, then drizzle with light soy sauce and sprinkle with pepper

Press the cooking button of the rice cooker

After the rice is cooked, simmer for about 20 minutes. Stir the bacon, potatoes and rice.
Tips:
1. If the bacon tastes weaker, you can add some salt;
2. Light soy sauce is more or less according to personal preference.
