Braised Salmon Head with Tomato Tofu
1.
Buy the salmon, clean it, cut it into two sides, marinate with a little salt and pepper for about 20 minutes.
2.
After wiping off the water, put it in a frying pan and fry on medium heat.
3.
Fry until golden brown on both sides, pick up and absorb excess oil with kitchen absorbent paper for later use.
4.
Continue to use the oil in the pot and pour in the tofu cut into small pieces.
5.
Fry until browned, remove the oil and set aside.
6.
Pour out the oil in the pan, leaving only a little base oil and add the ginger slices.
7.
Put the fried salmon in after the ginger flakes burst out.
8.
Add light soy sauce, sugar, pepper and half a bowl of water.
9.
Then add the deep-fried tofu and cover the pot and simmer for a few minutes.
10.
Put the tomatoes in before the juice is confiscated and dry, and continue to simmer until all the ingredients are delicious.
11.
Add a pinch of cornstarch and add a little sesame oil to turn off the heat and serve.
