Braised Shrimp with Yuzi Tofu

Cut jade tofu into small sections, cut green garlic into sections, and shred ginger.

Thaw the shrimps for later use.

Shrimp, open the back to pick out the shrimp thread, add cooking wine, white pepper, a little salt and marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add ginger, and stir fry the bean paste over low heat.

After boiling, add yuzi tofu and cook.

Add the shrimp after 3 minutes.

Add green garlic leaves when the soup is half dry.

Tips:
1: Bean paste has a salty taste, no need to add salt in the later stage.
2: Yuzi tofu can also be fried and then braised. The elves were too troublesome, so they cooked directly and tasted good.
