Tips:
The tofu on the 2nd side needs to be slightly burnt to be delicious. Tofu can be cut into large chunks or slices at will. If the tofu is tender, you can boil it in salted water for 5 minutes and then it will be firmer and not easy to break.
The color of medicinal braised soy sauce is good. If you don't like the taste of soy sauce, you can boil the sugar to increase the color.
