Braised Tofu with Broad Beans and Broad Beans

Wash the ang stabfish and drain the water.

Put oil in the pan and fry the angkor fish.
3.
Turn over and continue frying.
4.
Add ginger onion and cooking wine after frying.
5.
Add appropriate amount of salt, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and water.
6.
Bring to a boil and add tofu and broad bean petals.
7.
Turn to low heat and simmer until the fish and tofu are delicious and juice.
8.
Plate.
Tips:
The fish does not have to be fried until golden on both sides, just fry it slightly.
