Braised Tofu with Minced Meat

Prepare the ingredients, cut the soft tofu into four cubes, and cut the green pepper into hob cubes

Cut the pork into small cubes, chop the green onion, ginger, and garlic, raise the frying pan, add the minced meat and stir-fry, add the onion, ginger, and garlic and fry for a nice flavor

Add 2 spoons of June fresh bean paste, stir-fry and add tofu

Stir-fry and stir well, add appropriate amount of water to boil, add June fresh special grade soy sauce

Add a little braised soy sauce and stir well, add green peppers and stir-fry until broken, pour in water and starch to thicken
Tips:
When collecting the tofu juice, don't collect it too dry, save some soup.
Don't put the green pepper too early, otherwise it won't be able to maintain its shape and color.
