Braised Tofu with Mushrooms in Oyster Sauce

Wash the fried tofu and drain the water.

Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in hot water in advance, wash them, and reserve the water for soaking shiitake mushrooms for later use.

Make a bowl of juice with water for soaking shiitake mushrooms, oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper and water.

Preheat the wok and pour the oil, add the shallots and fry until fragrant, then add the mushrooms and stir fry.

Add fried tofu and stir fry.

Pour in a bowl of juice, cover, and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
7.
Collect the juice over the fire.
Tips:
The seasoning of the bowl of juice is put according to your own taste. Both oyster sauce and soy sauce contain salt, so there is no need to add salt.
