Braised Turtle Soup

Turtle slaughtered, bloodletting, visceral treatment

Boil a pot of boiling water
3.
Put the turtle in a pot of boiling water and blanch it

Then fish out the soft-shelled turtle and scrape off the rough skin of the soft-shelled turtle

Put the turtle in a pot of cold water, add ginger slices and cooking wine

Blanch the turtle to remove blood foam
7.
Prepare wolfberry, red dates, ginger slices, green onion knot
8.
Put the blanched turtle in the electric pressure cooker
9.
Add water
10.
Add red dates, wolfberry, green onion knot, cooking wine, pressure cooker to choose the soup program

After the program is over, add salt and chicken essence to taste
Tips:
1. Scald the soft-shelled turtle with boiling water to scrape off the rough surface;
2. The turtle must be blanched in cold water.
