Braised Vermicelli with Minced Meat and Tempeh

Soak the vermicelli first.

Minced meat, garlic, chili, green onion, tempeh.

Stir the minced meat out of oil.

Add minced garlic and tempeh until fragrant.

Add dried chili and stir-fry slightly, pour in appropriate amount of water.

Add the vermicelli with a little salt, cover and simmer for 2 minutes.

The vermicelli has swelled up by the time.

Clamp the vermicelli into the basin.

Add seasonings, soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, chicken essence and chopped green onion to the remaining soup in the pot. After boiling, turn off the heat and pour the soup into the vermicelli.

The finished product is very appetizing and delicious with a slight sour, spicy and soy scent.
