Braised Vermicelli with Moss

Wash the moss and put it in a basin for later use.

Wash the vermicelli and soak in a soft dish for later use.

Shred ginger, dice green onions, and set aside.

Put the pot on the fire and add the salad oil. When 80% is hot, add shredded ginger and chopped green onion and fry it until fragrant.

Then pour the moss and stir fry.

When the moss is discolored, add salt and water, and add the vermicelli to simmer.
7.
When the vermicelli becomes thicker and softer, the moss has been simmered and can be served on a plate.
