Braised Wild Pork

Chop wild boar into pieces and wash, put it in a pot of clean water and boil it for 2 minutes, pick it up and wash for later use

Prepare green onion, sliced ginger, astragalus, angelica, star anise

After heating the pan, put an appropriate amount of rapeseed oil, add sliced ginger and stir fragrant, then pour in the prepared wild pork and stir fry

When there is no moisture in the wild boar stir-fry, add soy sauce, cooking wine, and salt and pepper to continue stir-fry. After the aroma is fry out, add the boiled water without any meat.

From another pot, move the wild boar to the casserole, then add rock sugar, astragalus, angelica, star anise, chili, and simmer for about 30 minutes. You can taste the saltiness and add a little salt at the back because the soy sauce is already salty.

This is after 40 minutes of simmering, because it’s so delicious, I haven’t waited until the last step has been half eaten by my family.

Heat a little oil in a pan, add the shallots and stir fragrant

Then add the right amount of wild pork, and it will be out of the pot when it bubbling

Add a little coriander after the pan is ready to eat. After this step, the wild pork is more fragrant.
Tips:
1. The wild boar can be cooked after 30 minutes of stewing. You can decide whether to continue stewing according to your personal preference;
2. The fat content of wild boar is very low, so it can be eaten with confidence, and the skin is chewy.
