Stewed Wild Boar

Day 1: Put wild boar into the pot, add bay leaves, onion slices, juniper fruit, cloves, pour red wine over the meat, and let it sit for one day.

Day 2: Put oil in the pot over high heat, dry the meat and put it in the pot. The meat is fried on one side and then turned over and fried on the other side. Then add salt and black pepper. Then add balsamic vinegar, a little soy sauce, add a small amount of red wine that marinated the meat the night before, and cook on high heat

When the juice is almost dry, add the remaining red wine, add onions, carrots, and leeks

Bake in the oven at 140 degrees for 3 hours.
