Braised Winter Melon

Peel and wash winter melon, cut into pieces, chop green onions, and cut dried chili into circles

Pour oil in the pot and heat up, stir-fry the red pepper, add winter melon and stir-fry, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, add a little water and stir-fry evenly, cover and simmer until cooked.
