Braised Winter Melon

Peel the winter melon and cut into pieces.

Make a few cuts on the skin of the winter melon, then dip them in the dark soy sauce, and leave the skin facing up for about 5 minutes.

Heat the pan and put the oil, put the winter melon skin down into the pan and fry over medium heat.

Fry until the skin blisters.

Add appropriate amount of sugar, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, southern milk, and then add the broth, simmer over medium and small heat.

Cook until the winter melon is crispy, turn to high heat to collect the juice, and serve on a plate, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
