Braised Winter Melon

Peel and seed winter melon, wash and cut into thick slices.

Heat the oil in a pan, put down the winter melon and fry it over medium heat.
3.
Fry on both sides until slightly yellow.
4.
Add appropriate amount of water, cooking wine, freshly smoked, and cook on medium heat until the winter melon is cooked.
5.
Add salt, chicken essence, and chopped green onion.
