Braised Winter Melon

Wash and peel the winter melon, and cut into large thick slices.

From the wok, sauté the scallions, ginger, and pepper.

Add winter melon and stir-fry evenly over high heat.

Add the secret braised sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add the right amount of boiling water and rock sugar, not too much water, just about half of the winter melon.

Stir-fry evenly. After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat, cover the pot and simmer until cooked; collect the juice on high heat until the soup is slightly thickened, add sesame oil, and stir-fry evenly.

If the taste is heavy, add some salt, turn off the heat and stir fry evenly.

The winter melon is cut into large and thick slices to taste.
