Braised Winter Melon with Thai Spicy Sauce

Main ingredients: winter melon, Thai sweet chili sauce

Wash the winter melon, peel it, and cut into wide strips.

Heat oil, add chopped green onion and saute until fragrant.

Add the winter melon strips.

Stir it evenly.

Add an appropriate amount of "Thai Sweet Chili Sauce"

Stir fry until the winter melon strips are evenly dipped in Thai sweet chili sauce.

Add an appropriate amount of water.

After boiling. Bake on a medium-to-small fire for about 5 minutes.

Add appropriate amount of salt to supplement the seasoning.

Tips:
1. In order to keep the winter melon strips intact, just burn them until they are fully cooked, not overheating.
2. Because the "Thai Sweet and Spicy Sauce" is not too salty, add some salt to enhance the taste.
