Braised Yellow Bone Fish

Fresh yellow bone fish, when I bought it, I asked someone to help it get guts away.

Heat oil, put the yellow bone fish in a pot, sprinkle a little salt, and fry slowly.

When frying until both sides are slightly yellow, add shredded ginger, minced garlic and pickled peppers.

Then add a small bowl of warm water and cook for five minutes on medium heat.

Tips:
1. The bean paste you buy is salty, so you don't need to add salt. If you buy sweeter ones, remember to add some salt.
2. It is not easy to turn over with thorns on the surface of yellow bone fish. It is more suitable to use a wok.
