Yellow Bone Fish Loofah Soup

Buy a small yellow bone fish, remove the internal organs and wash for later use. This fish is easy to rot and breed bacteria, so the fresher it is, the better

Loofah, peeled and cut into hob blocks, sliced tomatoes

Heat up the wok, add a proper amount of oil, fry the yellow bone fish on both sides, add some cooking wine to remove the fishy

Put in enough water, add salt and boil

Add appropriate amount of pepper to remove the smell, turn to medium heat and cook for 5 minutes after the water is boiled

5 minutes later, add tomatoes and continue to cook for 5 minutes

Add the loofah two minutes before it is out of the pot and boil on high heat

After the loofah is cooked, turn off the heat and serve
